About 13F filings

Institutional managers with ≥$100M in US equities must disclose their long positions quarterly on SEC Form 13F, filed up to 45 days after quarter-end. We parse each filing directly from EDGAR, resolve CUSIPs to tickers, and compute quarter-over-quarter changes — new positions, adds, trims, and exits — plus portfolio weights and turnover.

Read them with the standard caveats: 13Fs show long US-listed positions only (no shorts, bonds, or foreign listings), they're up to 45 days stale on arrival, and a position may have changed since the report date. They're best used to study how great investors structure portfolios — not as a buy list. Not investment advice.
