Privacy Policy
The short version: every page requires no account, sets no tracking cookies, and collects no personal information — we measure aggregate traffic with Plausible, a cookieless privacy-first analytics service. There is no sign-up, no paid tier and no billing, so there is nothing for us to hold about you. We sell data to no one.

1. Information we collect
We collect no personal information. Every page is public and reading it requires no account, login, or signup — there is no account system on this site at all. We do not run advertising pixels or behavioral trackers, and we do not set cookies for tracking. For aggregate traffic measurement we use Plausible Analytics — an EU-based, cookieless service that collects no personal information, stores no persistent identifiers, and cannot follow you across websites. It tells us things like which pages are read and roughly which country visits come from, in aggregate only; it cannot tell us who you are.
There is no paid tier, no sign-up and no billing. The Site briefly offered a subscription with email-and-password sign-in and Stripe payments; it was withdrawn on 31 August 2026 and every tool is now free. We hold no accounts, no passwords and no billing records.
Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider may automatically process basic, non-identifying technical request data (such as IP address and user-agent) in server logs for security and to deliver the page. We do not use this data to build profiles of visitors, and we do not combine it with any other information.
2. How we use information
We hold no account information to use. Any technical request data handled by our infrastructure is used only to operate and secure the Site. We do not profile visitors and we sell nothing.
3. Cookies and tracking
The Trading Tools does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not embed advertising trackers. Our only measurement tool is Plausible, which is deliberately cookieless: nothing is stored on your device, and measurement is aggregate-only (page paths, referrer domains, country, device class, and anonymous interaction events such as chart-range clicks or CSV downloads — never keystrokes, form contents, or identity). Plausible's own data policy is public at plausible.io/data-policy.
We set no authentication cookies, because there is nothing to sign in to.
4. Information sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we hold none to share. Our hosting provider processes request data as needed to serve the Site. Beyond that, we may disclose data only where required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the Site.
5. Third-party services
The Site is delivered through a hosting/CDN provider and displays data sourced from third parties (including the Federal Reserve's FRED service, SEC EDGAR, and market-data providers). These providers have their own privacy practices governing any data they process.
6. Data security and retention
The Site is served over HTTPS. We hold no card data, no passwords and no accounts, so there is no personal data of yours for us to secure or retain.
7. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Your rights (including California)
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grant rights to access, correct, or delete personal information held about you. For visitors to this Site, we collect and store nothing, so there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you held an account during the period the Site offered a subscription, contact us at the address below and we will confirm what, if anything, remains. We do not sell personal information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site evolves. Material changes are reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
