Privacy Policy
The short version: The Trading Tools requires no account, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and sets no cookies. We don't collect your personal information.
Last updated: June 2026
1. Information we collect
We do not collect personal information. The Site has no accounts, no logins, no signup forms, and no payment processing. We do not run analytics packages (such as Google Analytics), advertising pixels, or behavioral trackers, and we do not set cookies for tracking.
Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider may automatically process basic, non-identifying technical request data (such as IP address and user-agent) in server logs for security and to deliver the page. We do not use this data to build profiles of visitors, and we do not combine it with any other information.
2. How we use information
Because we do not collect personal information, we do not use it for marketing, profiling, or sale. Any technical request data handled by our infrastructure is used only to operate and secure the Site.
3. Cookies and tracking
The Trading Tools does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not embed third-party trackers. If we ever introduce privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics, we will update this policy first and describe exactly what is measured.
4. Information sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information — we don't have any to share. We may disclose technical log data only where required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the Site.
5. Third-party services
The Site is delivered through a hosting/CDN provider and displays data sourced from third parties (including the Federal Reserve's FRED service, SEC EDGAR, and market-data providers). These providers have their own privacy practices governing any data they process.
6. Data security
The Site is served over HTTPS. Because we hold no user accounts or personal data, there is no personal database to breach.
7. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Your rights (including California)
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grant rights to access, correct, or delete personal information held about you. Because we do not collect or store personal information, we hold nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold data about you, contact us and we will respond.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site evolves. Material changes are reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
